Flexible Jumper Cables - High-Performance Connection Solutions
1. Application Scope
Bended Pins for Secure Connection
These pins of flexible jumper cable were bended at both ends for tighter insertion into PCB holes, preventing easy fall-out during soldering.
(Click the left picture to enlarge view)
This flexible jumper cable is used to connect between board to board. It may be repeatedly flexed without failure. Round-to-flat conductor design and one-piece construction give vibration-proof reliability and longer life than conventional wiring systems. It has been widely used in electrical appliances, telecommunications systems, industrial electronics, electrical equipment, military, and aerospace applications.
2. Design Features (Assembly Picture)
Flexible Jumper Cable
The two solder ends have been strengthened, not easy to fracture
Conventional Jumper Cable
Easily fracture and bend at the two solder ends
